Tom Malloy most recently starred in Love N' Dancing, directed by Rob Iscove (She's All That). The film stars Amy Smart (Road Trip, Butterfly Effect), Billy Zane (Titanic), Rachel Dratch (SNL), Betty White (The Golden Girls), Leila Arcieri (Daddy Day Care, XXX), Gregory Harrison (Trapper John, MD), Catherine Mary Stewart (Weekend at Bernies), and Maulik Pancholy (Weeds, Studio 60). Early in 2007 starred in The Alphabet Killer, directed by Rob Schmidt (Wrong Turn). The film stars Eliza Dushku (Tru Calling, Bring it On), Acadamy Award Winner Tim Hutton (Ordinary People), Cary Elwes (Princess Bride, Days of Thunder), Michael Ironside (Total Recall, Top Gun), Tom Noonan (Manhunter), and Martin Donovan (Insomnia). Tom also recently played one of the lead roles in The Attic, a thriller directed by Mary Lambert (Pet Sematary I & II). He starred opposite John Savage (The Deer Hunter), Elisabeth Moss (West Wing), Jason Lewis (Sex and the City), and Catherine Mary Stewart (Weekend at Bernies). The Attic was released by Slamdance and Allumination Filmworks in January of 2008 and can be purhcased on the internet, or rented at Blockbuster or Netflix.

Tom was one of the lead actors in the film Gravesend, presented by Oliver Stone. The film became an indie-cult favorite. Tom has appeared on MTV, E! Channel, ABC, and NBC in promotion of the film.

Tom starred in the film Getting Stiffed (CinemaNow) with Greg Hildebrandt Jr. He has also had principal roles on Law & Order-SVU and Third Watch on NBC, as has appeared in films such as The Siege with Denzel Washington, and Anger Management with Adam Sandler and Jack Nicholson.
